THE GATHERERS

The Gatherers era um grupo de early reggae roots jamaicano dos anos 1970., liderado pelo vocalista Anthony "Sangie" Davis. Eles gravaram  "Words of My Mouth" no famoso estúdio Black Ark, produzido por Lee "Scratch" Perry. Apesar de seus singles como ´Start Over´´ permanecem populares, um disco deles de longa-metragem nunca foi lançado , uma ocorrência infelizmente comum na Jamaica..
