Oswald "Ossie" Hibbert ,nascido em cerca de 1950, é um organista, tecladista,engenheiro de som e mixagem e produtor musical jamaicano . Hibbert começou a ser ativo na música jamaicana, em meados dos anos 1970, trabalhando como um tecladista como parte do The Professionals , The Aggrovators e The Revolutionaries , e tocando em dezenas de álbuns de artistas como Johnny Clarke , Gregory Isaacs , Jimmy London , Delroy Wilson e Linval Thompson . Ossie gravou dois álbuns de Dub na década de 1970, Crueshal Dub (1976) e Satisfaction in Dub (1978,Ossie Hibbert and The Revolutionaries), e no final de 1970 começou a trabalhar como produtor de outros artistas no Channel One Studios ,com as produções dos seus álbuns, incluindo Gregory Isaacs Meets Ronnie Davis, o Mr. Issacs (Gregory Isaacs), Creation ( Freddie McKay ), Cocaine In My Brain ( Dillinger ), e Dub Earthquake.
