Nascido em 1946, Paul Khouri é um engenheiro de produção e masterização baseado na Flórida. Ele é filho do pioneiro da indústria da música jamaicana Ken Khouri.
Paul ''Elvis'' Khouri também toca percussão,e trabalhou em álbuns e singles de artistas como The Paragons, Johnny Nash,Lord Laro,Eddie Lovette,George Nooks,Pluto Shervington..
