 Ele gravou um álbum na Trojan Records 1995 com Joe's All Stars (Joe Mansano) chamado Joe's All Stars/Dice The Boss - Brixton Cat,onde trouxe temas como But Officer e Brixton Cat.
Billye igualmente gravou alguns singles muito bons como ´´Brixton Cat/ Big And Fat´´,´´The Informer / Cool It´´,Funky Monkey,´´You Need Love / Love Dub´´,e ´´Be My Guest´´,com participação do Hugh Roy com Way Down South..
