Na Big Mountain Band está desde 1998 – até o momento (16 anos),grupo de San Diego, Califórnia...
 Em 1998 o baterista e produtor jamaicano Paul "Sulco Galore" Kastick substituiu Carlton "Santa" Davis como baterista em tempo integral e produtor primário no grupo Big Mountain. Kastick liderou a produção nos últimos seis álbuns Big Mountain, entre 1998 e 2007.
Paul Kastick também tocou em discos de artistas como Tarrus Riley (Contagious),Sanchez (Who is The Man),Carlene Davis (Rock me Jesus),Warrior King (Hold the Faith), Dean Fraser,Luciano,Shaggy,Junior Kelly,Half Pint,Steel Pulse,Ras Michael and The Sons of Negus ,Yasus Afari e Freddie McGregor,entre outros..
