Rolando 'Phanso' Wilson é um baterista experiente,e tocou com os grupo Chalice,Gumption Band e atualmente toca com a I-Kronik Band..
Colaborou também com Luciano,e outros artistas,Phanso é também produtor,compositor,arranjador,vocalista..
 Em 1991, uma grande mudança ocorreu na banda Chalice, quando o baterista Phanso Wilson e vocalista Trevor Roper migraram para os Estados Unidos. Roper foi substituído por Dean Stephens e Phanso Wilson por Wayne 'C Sharp Clarke. Seu sétimo álbum, Tuff Enuff foi lançado apenas na Áustria. .Em 1996 eles se desfizeram.
Cerca de metade de um ano atrás a Gumption Productions lançou em seu próprio rótulo o Tuff Riddim Records ,do Battlefield Riddim, e agora este riddim construído pelo baterista Rolando 'Phanso' Wilson e o tecladista Dwight 'Duke' Dawes, que estavam juntos também membros da o mundialmente famoso (pelo menos no reggae) a banda de apoio Gumption, ao lado do baixista Isaiah Onie 'Palmer e o guitarrista Ian' Beezy "Coleman, produzido por 'Phanso' e 'Duke' se ao lado de Fabian" Goldy "Francis,e foi lançado como o álbum de one riddim "Battlefield Super Single"..
Phanso também tocou bateria no álbum de Benny Culture and Singie Shante ,Conscience,de 2007..
