The Emotions era um grupo vocal  da Jamaica da era rocksteady e early reggae. O line up original dos Emotions foi Max Romeo, Lloyd Shakespeare (o irmão do baixista Robbie Shakespeare) e Kenneth Knight. Com esta formação o grupo recodificou em torno de cinco músicas para o produtor  Blondel Calnek Caltone configurar, lá por cerca  de 1967. Max Romeo deixou o grupo pouco depois e foi substituído por Audley Rollens, quando Rollens deixou a banda ele foi substituído por Milton Henry. Membros: Audley Rollens, Max Romeo, Milton Henry..

Outro excelente cantor jamaicano de reggae roots Audley Rollens,outro infelizmente pouco conhecido,e esteve em atividade nos anos 1980.Foi Contratado da gravadora Wackie's (Nova Iorque, USA),do produtor Lloyd ´´Bullwackie´´ Barnes onde gravou o álbum ´´Role Model´´ em 1984.´´Showcase Prevail´´,seu disco anterior fora lançado em 1982 no selo Philadelphia Reggae Sounds em LP(Rollens tocou todos os instrumentos,arranjou,produziu o disco) .Em ´´Role Model´´ de 1984 no selo Wackies,Audley contou com a participação Owen 'Fox' Stewart,Milton Henry e o próprio Audley Rollens nos vocais e backing vocais,Fabian Cooke na bateria,Tony Allen & Kozzy Miller no baixo,Jerry Harris e Owen 'Fox' Stewart na guitarra,Fabian Cooke & Owen 'Fox' Stewart no sintetizador,Harold Butler e Owen 'Fox' Stewart no órgão,Jerry Johnson nos metais e Ras Menilik Dacosta na percussão.Esse álbum,Role Model,foi mixado por Jah Batta & Bullwackie,engenhado por Bullwackie,Douglas Levy,Audley Rollens & Junior Delahaye e gravado e mixado na Wackies.Além de cantor Audley é músico,multiinstrumentista,toca violão,guitarra,e ainda é compositor,arranjador e engenheiro de som...
